Card processing is billed separately from your subscription, and the rate depends on the volume you run. Your quote lays out every cost together — subscription, card processing, and the Ivinus platform rate — so you see the full number before you commit to anything.
Do my customers pay a card surcharge?
No. Your customers pay exactly the price you set — Ivinus never adds a card fee on top of a customer’s total at checkout. If you would rather reward cash, an optional cash discount can be configured for your business instead.
Can I run multiple locations on one subscription?
Yes. The Business Plan covers all your locations under a single account.
What hardware do I need?
For in-person card payments, a Stripe Terminal reader works out of the box. The self-serve kiosk and kitchen display run on the Ivinus in-store system, which is installed on your own computers — we'll scope exactly what you need during onboarding.
